Full drawing service for the positioning and preparation of a planning application for 2no. new floodlit padel courts and admin kiosk at the established Golf Club. The proposed site utilised an ancillary parking area, which whilst in its previous state was of minimal ecological value, is set within an established conservation area and close to mature Poplar trees bordering the championship golf course, with large residential properties close by to the rear. Paul Butler Associates coordinated the full planning package.
