This project on Knutsford Road was designed to enhance both the functionality and visual appeal of the existing property, creating a home better suited to modern family living while respecting its original character.

Our design introduced a carefully integrated rear extension, a welcoming new front porch and a reconfigured internal layout to improve flow, connectivity and everyday usability. The rear extension creates a generous open-plan living space with direct access to a raised patio, strengthening the relationship between the home and garden while providing an ideal setting for entertaining and family life.

To improve arrival and circulation throughout the property, we designed a more defined entrance and extended hallway, allowing natural light to penetrate deeper into the ground floor. Externally, a clean ivory render was selected to unify the original building and new additions, creating a cohesive architectural language and a refined contemporary finish.
