In progress – complete transformation of a vacant 1950s bungalow that has reached the end of its life and now sits out of character with the surrounding large detached homes. This project is a significant development, turning a tired single‑storey property into a striking, modern family home with added first floor accommodation, extended footprint and a completely reimagined architectural identity both inside and out. The design introduces feature gables, dormers, vaulted spaces and a double height glazed entrance porch and open plan kitchen and family living space to the rear. Flexible use family spaces sit to each side creating modern spaces for work, relaxation and everyday living with 5 double bedrooms all with ensuites.
