Private Detached House, extension – Knutsford Road, Alderley Edge, Cheshire
“A refined family home extension”
This Knutsford Road project delivers a thoughtful transformation that enhances both the functionality and appearance of the home. A carefully integrated rear extension, new front porch and improved internal layout reimagine the property for modern family living while preserving its traditional character.
The rear extension creates generous living space with a seamless connection to a raised patio, ideal for outdoor entertaining. A defined new entrance and extended hallway improve flow and natural light throughout the ground floor, while the clean ivory render unifies old and new for a refined, cohesive finish.
Project undertaken alongside Baytree Construction, and regional LABC winner 2023.
